The integration of the party into the workers’ movement, and the transformation of the party into a proletarian organisation, are indispensable for the progress of the party. The Russian revolution showed in practice, by example, how the workers’ revolution is to be made. But, it may be said: "Defence of the Soviet Union, and Russia is a workers’ state-those two phrases don’t answer everything." They are not simply phrases.
