No one is permitted in the diving well to "catch" someone else. 10. Only persons who can demonstrate their swimming ability to staff will be permitted to swim in deep water. 5. Swim suits must be worn. No shorts or suits with metal attachments, zippers, buckles, sharp objects or exposed rivets. Bathing suits are required and must be worn. 13. Pool provided life jackets are for slide use only. Now, slide your front hand slightly ahead of the back, forming a grip that feels just right. Don’t go all Hulk on it; a gentle touch is the key. The Diving Board is closed during our Lap & Therapy Swim hours, and may only be used under the discretion of the Aquatic Staff. No one should swim alone. Only one (1) person on board at a time. 11. Only one person is allowed on the diving board at a time. 15. One rider on the slide is allowed at a time. Children must be at least 48" tall OR have passed a swim test with the manager to go down the slide. See lifeguard for swim test. Swimming and water activity are only permitted when a Lifeguard is on duty. Adults 18 years of age and older may stay in the pool during these breaks, however, NO children are permitted to stay in the pool during breaks. No shoes, sandals, or footwear are permitted. A person under the influence of alcohol or exhibiting erratic behavior shall not be permitted in the pool area.

A player must try to get on the Pool balls, particularly on those of highest value, as often as he can. ONLY ONE "AA" or "A" PLAYER IS ALLOWED ON ANY TEAM And only in division 1! Inflatable toys are not allowed in either pool; including water wings, inner tubes, beach balls, etc. Jumping and/or standing on flotation devices is prohibited. Therefore, at LNSRC, our rule is that a parent must be in the water within arms distance of the child in order when using these types of swim aides. Family Swim - Lifeguard on Duty. Everyone MUST clear the pool once the lifeguard(s) has blown their whistle. Rider must ride feet first the entire ride. No furniture allowed within 4 feet of pool. Only clean footwear, baby strollers or wheelchairs are allowed in the pool area or bathhouse. 8. No floatation devices are allowed in the pool unless used under the supervision of staff during structured programs. No floatation devices allowed in this area.
Exit diving area immediately. Waiting until that user reaches the ladder to exit the pool is required before the next jumper/diver enter the pool. Next person in line must wait in line on the pool deck, not the ladder. Next person must stand on concrete deck until the dive/jump is completed by the previous user. 20. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult or babysitter at all times when on pool property. Parents or guardian should supervise their children. 6. Tobacco products of any sort are not permitted within the pool gates, including vapes, E-cigarettes, vapor pens, chewing tobacco, etc. Please use the designated smoking area located outside to the left when exiting the building out the front door. 4. Individuals with open sores, lesions, skin infections/rashes, or bandages will not be allowed to use the pool. Smoking allowed in designated area only. There is NO food or drink allowed in the pool area. Please do not remove them from the area. No floats are permitted in the main pool. 22. No consumption of alcohol is permitted on pool grounds. Straight pool is yet another pocket billiards game that uses 15 numbered balls and one cue ball.
